**Regarding Gov. Hogan's Most Recent School Update: We will provide refunds for any unused days when schools return to in classroom learning again.**
The Supervised Online Learning Program is here to help assist parents with the upcoming online learning school year. We understand the difficulties ahead and hope to help relieve some of the stress off the parents and children as we progress through this new school year.
Our goal is to provide a structured day that is suited for your child's online learning needs, while also providing the social and physical environment they would get during the normal school year.
The program will be run under the most up-to-date state and CDC guidelines for COVID mitigation.

Some of the COVID Guidelines:

There have been 6 units installed into the HVAC systems in out facility.
Our Current Plan for the School Year:
- All campers (and staff) have their temperatures taken each day before entering camp. Temperatures are taken with a touch-less thermometer. A questionnaire is also filled out by a parent/guardian each day to check for COVID symptoms and exposure.
- Masks must be worn at all times unless campers are consuming food or water or instructed otherwise by a counselor
- Campers will be split into groups of 14 or less and the groups will not mix with any other group throughout the day.
- Online learning stations will be separated for proper distancing as well as lunch and snack tables.
- Each group will have their own set of equipment to play with each day.
- Equipment will be cleaned after each day.
- Bathrooms, lobby and snack bar areas are cleaned multiple times a day.
- Signs have been posted throughout the facility for guidance on hand washing, coughing/sneezing and mask etiquette.

- Approved by the USDA, FSIS, and FDA for use in food processing plants. Employed to reduce microbial contamination of food being processed.

Our Current Plan for the School Year:
- Supervised online learning. Our goal is to have your child ready for class on time and paying their best attention to their teacher.

- Flexible registration options & Sibling Discounts
- Parent's will need to provide snacks and lunch. Snack Bar will be open for purchasing snacks and lunch. We currently have a card system that will allow parents to load money on a card for purchases instead of the kids handling cash.
- Laptops/Computers and school supplies must be provided by the parents
- Comfortable athletic type clothing and shoes are probably be best for the activities planned when classes are not being held
- We will not be providing tutoring or extra classroom help

Policies:
All registrations and reservations for the week must be purchased and reserved by the MONDAY of the previous week. (ie. To register for any day of the week for October 19 - 23 you must submit your registration by October 12th)
Cancellations must be made by MONDAY of the previous week (same as the registration policy above). Each child will have 4 "Sick Days" during the school year. If a cancellation is made after Monday the day will be counted toward your child's "Sick Day" tally. Refunds will not be given for "Sick Days" but instead can be used any time during the program. If a cancellation is needed after all "Sick Days" are used the day will be forfeited without refund.
There will be no refunds for unused days after the program has ended.
Each day has a limited number of children that can attend. The roster for the day is filled on a first come, first served basis. Just because you purchased days does not mean you are guaranteed a spot on the roster for any day.
Discounts are not retroactive. If you purchase 19 days and then later purchase 5 more days. You will receive the discount for the 5 new days (since you have now bought enough days use the next pricing tier) but will not receive a refund for the previous 19 days.

For the most flexibility, we are offering the purchase of single days that may be used at any point during the year. We believe this is better than requiring the purchase of single full weeks.

- Purchase the number of days needed.
- Fill out the "Supervised Learning Student Information" sheet and email that back to us. Or you can schedule your children yourself through the same online system you purchased you days in.
Once you purchase the number of days you need, you will need to reserve the days you would like you child to attend. This can be done either through the system or by filling out the "Supervised Learning Student Information" sheet and emailing that back to the facility ([email protected] or [email protected]). If you have more than 20 days it will be easier to fill out the Supervised Learning sheet and send that back to us.

Registration Quick Tips:
- Create an account for yourself (the parent) and then add your child/children to your account (see next tip for how-to). If you are new to the facility you will also need to create a profile for your child but that can be done after you create you own account.
- If your child is not currently linked to your account you can do so by logging into your account, clicking on your name (on the left menu) and selecting the middle tab "Relationships". We can also link parents and children through our system so you can give us a call or email and we can help with that.
- The Packages are under the "$ Buy +" on the left menu.
- Switch between your profile and your child's profile by clicking on the current name (drop down menu will appear) that is at the top of the Packages page.
- If registering more than one child, add your first child's package to the cart and complete the second registration so you only have to enter payment information once
- Once your packages are purchased you can begin booking days by selecting "Book Days" on the left menu and clicking on the days needed. You can switch from one child to the next by clicking on "Filter" at the top of the calendar.
- Lastly, to see which days you are currently registered for you can click "My Schedule" in the left menu. Again, switch between children using the "Filter" option at the top of the calendar.
Sibling Discount is $5 off per day no matter the package.
Discount is only applied to the siblings registration.
